Sometimes it is great to finally catch your breath. We get wrapped up in our daily lives so much that we forget to relax. I want to be clear in saying that relaxing doesn’t mean stop to me. It means to have a controlled madness. I am always on the go, my brain is constantly racing from one thought to the next, one project to the next, one idea to the next and at times I can overwhelm myself and get caught in the tornado.
It’s at these times I sit back and focus on goal number one. Do not be afraid to go back to the drawing board. Do not be afraid to look at your day one goal and find your purpose. We can lose sight of our purpose easily by overloading our brains with work. Over thinking leads to stress and there is nothing worse for yourself than stress. Stress gets in the way of everything. So take a breath of fresh air every day. You will thank yourself for it.
