Our Habits are the representation of who we really are.
We have all gone through this before… You’re on Facebook and someone posts something that you know is a fabrication but you let it slide because it’s simply not worth the argument. People lead lives that are so much more fascinating online than they do in real life. The beauty of real life is your habits tell your story without you even knowing. You can tell who the structured people are and who the chaotic people are. My question is, what do your habits say about you?
Your goal in self-development should be to create winning habits. What type of person do you want to be? If you want to be a person known for spreading love, you need to be willing to develop the habit of giving love. Simply put, whatever habit you want to establish must first be established in you. I will always say this, “The energy you put out is the energy you get back.” I believe this without a shadow of a doubt. Give a smile to the next person you see and watch them smile back at you. That’s all the proof you will need, people are happy to give you that same energy back. Creating good habits needs to be a way of life
Creating good habits needs to be a way of life for everyone. The most important habits that need to be created is the habits of being kind. There is so much negativity in the world but it’s because all we see is the habits of negativity. We see violence and despair instead of love and admiration. We see fighting and horror instead love and helpfulness. What can you do today to change your habits to a positive space? In the same regard, what can you do to improve upon your good habits?
