Recently I have talked to a lot of people who feel they have peaked. People in their 30’s and younger. Some feel that they will never be as great as they are now. Some people feel that High school was the pinnacle of their life. It’s not hard to understand why anyone who was popular would feel that way. Think about it…
In High school you saw friends every day and you had a purpose, an identity. People loved you. Then you graduate and the real world slaps you in the face. You still have frends but you are clumped in with a massive amount of people. Every day we compete against the world for attention and recognition.
Realize that you have not peaked. You still have so many years to live. The average person lives to be in their 80’s. Imagine me at 32 years of age thinking that my peak years were in my teens. That’s a terrible way to live and quite frankly that is why people are stuck in poverty their whole lives. We tend to give up what we can’t touch. I need you to relaize that your dreams are still attainable. Set brand new high goals, reach for the stars and don’t be afraid to take that leap of faith into greatness. You have a higher purpose than just existing. Make the rest of your life the best of your life. Be Inspired!
