Nobody is immune to distractions. It’s a part of everyday life. It’s impossible to stay focused all day but the key is to focus up when you need to. Business first then pleasure. It’s okay to give yourself a break during the day but never ever fall into the web of laziness. Never be content with the work you have done so far. There is always room for improvement.

Taking periodic breaks gives you a chance to regroup. Never take those 5-minute breaks for granted. Also, remember to get up and physically walk away from your work during breaks. Get you blood flowing. The break is all mental.
Eating well gives you the right energy. Who would have thought those eat a good breakfast talks as a kid before a test would be true lol.
Drinking water also gives you the right energy. The pattern here is giving you body the right things will give your brain what it needs to really focus on the task. Try these out right NOW!
